At Bomcoo, we want to ensure you understand that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. Please read the details below for a smooth shopping experience.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a separate notification once your order has shipped. Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Bomcoo ships across India (Pan-India). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once processed, orders shipped within India will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer ₹80 flat rate shipping across India.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹499.

Local Delivery
Bomcoo offers local delivery for customers in Delhi.
- Free Local Delivery: Available for orders over ₹499 within Delhi.
- Delivery Fee: For orders under ₹499, we charge ₹50 for local delivery.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made from 11 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. We’ll contact you via text message (using the phone number provided at checkout) to notify you on the day of arrival.
In-Store Pickup
Skip shipping fees with free in-store pickup at our location: 2827, Basement-3, Gali No. 19, Beadon Pura, Saraswati Marg, Gaffar Market, Karol Bagh, Delhi - 110005.
- After placing your order and selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout, your order will be ready within 1-2 business days.
- We’ll email you when it’s ready, along with pickup instructions.
- Pickup Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays). Please bring your order confirmation email when you visit.
Additional Information
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for shipping costs unless your order qualifies for free shipping. These costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text to monitor its progress.
